My Leave is a tool for personal tracking of annual leave. It is not legal advice. By using the app you accept these terms.

1. Provider

The app is provided by Primavera LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (info@moj-dopust.app).

2. Purpose of the app

The app helps you plan and track annual leave under the Slovenian Employment Relationships Act (ZDR-1), record absences, and calculate remaining days.

3. Not legal advice

Calculations, suggestions and guidance in the app are for information only. They are not legal or HR advice.

What counts is the applicable law, your employment contract, the collective agreement and your employer’s decision. In case of disagreement, contact your employer, your union or the Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia.

The rules in the app are prepared from publicly available sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and legislation changes. The date of the last review is shown in More → About the app. A legal review with an employer or lawyer has not been carried out.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for checking your entitlement with your employer.

You are also responsible for requesting leave in good time, getting your employer’s approval and taking leave within legal deadlines.

Export a backup regularly if you do not want to lose your data if your phone fails or you change phones.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its calculations (for example unused or expired leave, loss of data).

This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

6. Copyright and licences

The app, its screens, illustrations and icons are owned by Primavera LLC. You may use the app for personal purposes.

The app uses the Nunito font (SIL Open Font License) and open-source components. Their licences are in More → About the app → Licences.

7. Free of charge and changes

The app is free of charge and has no ads. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the app. If we introduce paid features, you will be notified in advance.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Export your data first if you want to keep it.

9. Governing law

The relationship between you and the provider is governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
