Privacy Policy

The My Leave app does not collect, send or share your personal data. All data stays on your device.

1. Who we are

My Leave (Moj dopust) is provided by Primavera LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. Summary

The app works without an account and without an internet connection.

It has no ads, analytics or trackers.

We do not send the data you enter to our servers or to third parties, and we have no access to it.

3. What data is stored on your device

Profile: an optional name or nickname for the greeting, employment start date, working week and hours, additional leave days, contract or decision details and carried-over days.

Absences: annual leave, sick leave and paid absence with dates, notes and hours.

Settings (language, appearance, reminders).

Sick-leave information may be health data. It stays only on your device and is hidden by default in statistics.

This data is stored in the app’s private storage and cannot be read by other apps.

4. What we do not do

We do not require sign-in or an account.

We do not collect usage, location, device or advertising-identifier data.

We do not show ads and we do not sell data.

We do not use third-party services for analytics or crash reporting.

5. Permissions and sharing

Notifications: if you turn on reminders, the app shows local notifications on your device. They are not sent over the internet.

File selection: when importing a backup you open the system file picker. The app gets access only to the file you choose.

Sharing and export: when you export a backup, a calendar (.ics) or an image, you send it to an app you choose. We do not see it. Share images contain no name or other personal data.

Links: when you open an external link (for example to legislation), your browser opens.

6. Operating-system backups

Android and iOS may automatically save app data as part of your phone backup in your account (Google or iCloud), if you have this turned on.

You control this in your phone settings. The provider cannot see or access these backups.

You can also move your data to a new phone with a manual backup (More → Export → Data backup).

7. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

To delete: More → Privacy → Delete all data.

Files you export (for example .json or .ics) are your responsibility. Keep them in a safe place.

8. Your rights

Because the provider does not process your personal data (we neither obtain nor store it), we do not hold it. You exercise access, correction, portability and deletion directly in the app.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).

9. Children

The app is intended for employed people and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that requires processing data differently (for example cloud sync), we will notify you in advance and update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
